Guiding you beyond fitness—because true wellness is about the whole person.

I believe fitness is not simply something we fit into our lives—it can be a way of living. Movement should support your physical health, mental well-being, and overall quality of life. Wellness is about more than how we look or how much we can lift. It’s about how we feel, how we care for ourselves, and how we show up in our lives.

I began working in the fitness industry in 2003, and movement has been a meaningful part of my life ever since. As a competitive ballroom dancer with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, I’ve always been drawn to the connection between the mind and body. Over the years, that passion led me to pursue additional training in yoga, trauma-informed yoga, personal training, and fitness.

Beyond Fitness & Wellness brings together my experience as a yoga teacher, personal trainer, competitive ballroom dancer, wellness coach, and mental health therapist. I work with clients privately and in small groups, taking a holistic approach that incorporates strength, mobility, breathwork, mindfulness, meditation, and self-awareness.

My philosophy is simple: when we take care of the whole person, we become stronger in every sense of the word.

My goal is to help you develop healthy, sustainable habits that support you for life—not another fitness routine that feels like something you have to do. Whether you are looking to build physical strength, improve your relationship with your body, manage stress, increase energy, or feel more grounded and connected, I want to help you discover what wellness looks like for you.

Because fitness is just the beginning.

The real goal is a stronger, healthier, more connected life.
